65 g Margarine oder Butter / margarine or butter

1 Teelöffel Backpulver / 1 teaspoon baking powder 

Füllung/filling

1 Ei / egg 

2 Eigelb / egg yolks

160 g Speiseöl / vegetable oil

100g Zucker / sugar

1 Päckchen Vanillezucker / packet vanilla sugar 

500 g Quark / curd cheese 

1 Päckchen Vanillepudding / packet vanilla pudding 

1/4 liter Milch / milk 

Dekoration/topping

2 Eiweiß /egg white

100 g Zartbitterschokolade / dark chocolate 

ein paar Mandarinen / a few tangerines 

1 Päckchen Tortenguss / packet glaze (eventuell erfordert der Tortenguss auch noch Extrazutaten wie Zucker/eventually the glaze also requires extra ingredients such as sugar)
